Welcome to ThreatAware, a threat awareness training provider for teams and leaders, operated from Purdy’s Wharf (Tower 1), 1959 Upper Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3N2, Canada. By accessing or using our offerings you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern all interactions between you and ThreatAware. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

ThreatAware delivers live and recorded sessions focused on threat awareness training for teams and leaders. Sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement.

3. Info Products

We offer electronic materials such as e-books and course modules. Access is granted upon completion of payment.

4. Goods

Physical training kits and branded materials may be ordered. Shipment details will be provided at time of fulfillment.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full prior to delivery of service, info product, or goods. Accepted methods are specified on the order page.

6. Refund Policy

Services: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no live session has been accessed. Alternatively, you may request a reschedule of the session at no extra charge if notice is given at least 7 days before the session date.

Info Products: Due to the nature of electronic delivery, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and prior to any download or streaming. After access is established, purchases are final.

Goods: Defective or damaged items are eligible for refund if reported within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange shipment of a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment source within 14 days of confirmation.

Certain offerings may be marked as non-refundable. Such designations will be clearly indicated before purchase and are final due to customization or scheduling commitments.

7. Modifications to Policy

ThreatAware may update these terms at any time by posting changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
